Conference Package
All conference participants will be able to attend dinner on Oct. 27th, lunch on Oct. 28th and 29th, the gala dinner on October 28th, coffee breaks and will receive all conference materials.

Lunches and dinners will be served in hotel Jezero.

No registration fee will be requested for participation at the Conference. Participants are responsible for all of their accommodation and travel costs, and these expenses will not be reimbursed by the organizers.

Hotel Accommodation
Accommodation is offered at Hotel Jezero, Hotel Plitvice and Hotel Bellevue.

Please book your hotel accommodation in advance through the online reservation form on the website.

Due to limited hotel capacities, it is possible for only one delegate from each institution to participate at the Conference (the head delegate will receive a written invitation). In case the invited delegate is not able to participate, it is possible to send another delegate as a substitute.

Hotel accommodation should be paid in advance through the hotel accommodation booking form and should be paid directly to Depol.  
Reservations and payments cannot be made directly to the hotels.
