Poster Session Information

The poster session will be held at the Congress area of the Le Meridien Lav hotel.

Each accepted poster  will be assigned a number corresponding to the poster board in the poster exhibition area.

Size of the posters: 
A recommended size is 70-90 cm width and 100-130 cm lenght.
The max. size is 100 cm width and 150 cm lenght. You poster must not exceed these dimensions.

Preparing your poster:
All posters have to be in English. Keep all elements of your poster simple. Remember that the text should be readable from a distance of up to 1 meter.

Set up and dismantling:
Posters can be set up on September 10, 2009 from  12:00 pm .
Poster exhibition  will end (dismantling) on September 16, 2009 from 11:00am till 1:00pm.
Each poster will be assigned a number corresponding to the poster board in the poster exhibition area.
