All abstracts should be submitted online. In the online abstract submission form you will be able to choose the topic and the preferred way of presenting your paper - oral or poster.

Confirmation
You will receive an email immediately after submitting your abstract.

Notification
The Presenting Author of each abstract accepted for publication will be notified by May 31^st, 2012. If the Presenting Author is unable to present the abstract, another Co-Author can take his/her place. A letter of the Presenting Author informing about the change is requested and must be sent to the Depol Office by June 1^st, 2012.
The Presenting Author must be registered for the Conference.

Withdrawal/Changes
Submitted abstracts CANNOT be withdrawn or changed. No exceptions will be made.
